Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has some charm but definitely shows its age. While the rooms are spacious and kept clean, the overall upkeep is lacking. Breakfast service can be quite strict and rude, which isn't what one expects from a place in Japan. The staff were helpful regarding reservations, but there were several issues regarding the facilities that really diminished the experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view, but the overall onsen experience was not what I expected for a 5-star hotel. The location was decent, but a bit noisy in the morning with early paddlers. Dining was enjoyable with some good local dishes, though the onsen facilities could use some improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which boasts modern amenities and a great pool area with various baths. The breakfast offered plenty of variety, but it would have been nice to see more fresh fruits and vegetables. While the indoor hot spring was relaxing, it's a bit inconvenient that it only stays open until midnight. Overall, a good choice if you prioritize relaxation and family-friendly facilities.
