The hotel has some charm but definitely shows its age. While the rooms are spacious and kept clean, the overall upkeep is lacking. Breakfast service can be quite strict and rude, which isn't what one expects from a place in Japan. The staff were helpful regarding reservations, but there were several issues regarding the facilities that really diminished the experience.
